In this class, students will work with fresh flowers, dried flowers, artificial flowers,paper flowers, succulents.They will learn basic arranging techniques, how to make a centrepiece using floral foam, transplanting and arranging succulents and much more. We will also incorporate bow making with a variety of ribbon sizes.
Student will receive a basic supplies list upon registration.
Ages 9 and up

This course covers the fundamentals of baking including cakes, cookies ,cupcakes and more. We will cover baking terminology, tools and equipment use, as well as basic decorating skills and techniques to make some delicious treats.
Student will receive a basic supplies list upon registration.

Drop-ins permitted with 24 hr notice
Students will learn how to program and operate a variety of Cricut machines, as well as the mug press and iron. They will have access to an assortment of vinyl and card stock and will make a variety of gifts or decor for family or friends. Projects can include greeting cards, baseball hats, t-shirts, coffee mugs, insulated coffee cups, picture frames, coasters, water bottles, beverage glasses and much more.

Wednesday 1:30PM-2:30PM
Students will learn how to safely create amazing little creatures and characters our of wool. We will start with basic skills and techniques and complete a project together. Students will then be given the freedom to make their own creations. $15 materials fee will be collected on the first day of class to cover basic supplies needed to work on projects in class and at home.

Students will learn techniques for sculpting and creating cute little clay creations from both polymer and air dry clay. We will walk the students thru the sculpting process, step by step. Students will make a unique animal/creature each week Students will be able to create their own original creation, using techniques learned.

Wednesday 1:30PM-2:30PM
Students will learn the basics of proper hand and body position, key location and work on accuracy and speed by doing a variety of drills and games. Since this class is only once a week, daily practice at home will be necessary to master skills. Students are required to have their own lap top or typewritter for class.
5th-9th Grade

Tuesday 1:30 - 2:30pm
Learn drawing, painting and sketching techniques while we explore the elements of art through different mediums and styles. This class offers a variety of projects and encourages the students' own creativity. Kids will learn more about proportion, composition, portraits, animals, shading and more.
5th-9th Grade

Thursday 1:30PM- 2:30PM
In this beginning photography class we will be focused on the fundamentals of photography including lighting, rules of composition, negative space, angles, and special interests like portraits,
food, pets, etc... Any type of camera can be used including a phone camera. This is not a technical camera training class, but a creative photography class that will teach how to take better photos with an artistic eye. Each week we will have photo challenges and kids will be able to share and have class discussion and teacher feedback. This provides a good opportunity for growth and support.

Level 2 Sewing Friday 10:30AM-12:00PM
In Beginning sewing Students will learn basic sewing vocabulary, parts of a sewing machine, how to sew straight lines, curves and corners, how to trim seams and seam finishes, how to press fabric, sew on a button and much much. They will complete a minimum of 2 products during this class.
Level 2 Sewing requires basic sewing knowledge and skills. We will work on projects to practice basic skills and learn new ones.
All students must have their own sewing machine and will be given a supplies list upon registration.
Ages 8 and up

This class is designed as a physical fitness class to get students moving and interacting. students will participate in a variety of field giames, as well as receive an introduction to a variety of sports including basketball, tennis, soccer, volleyball and flag football. This is an outdoor class so it may be affected by field conditions or weather.

This class is designed to be fun and interactive for students, as they learn interesting facts about famous people in History, Students will be introduced to a new historical figure each week and we will learn fun facts, effects on society and play a game or do a hands on project to help retain information about the person, Students will be ecouraged to present information on their person of choice.

Friday 10:45AM-11:45AM
This Financial Literacy math class is designed to help students understand basic finance. We will cover, income, budgeting expenses, bank accounts, credit, simple and compount interest, taxes and much more. Students will be given worksheets with key terms to memorize, as well as activities that will require parent participation to help children understand personal finances. This is a fun interactive work but students will have projects and assignments that will be completed outside of class.

This class is designed for young engineers that want to learn more about design and how things work. We will explore concepts like gravity, trajectory, thrust, precision, force, accuracy, kinetic energy, and problem solving. Hands on builds will include a rocket, catapult, balloon car and an egg drop. Class fee includes all supplies and materials.
Ages 10 and up
$485 /1.5 hr Semester class
Monday 2:45pm- 4:15PM
Students will become CSI experts by learning about how their favourite detectives use science to figure out unsolvable thefts, arsons, mysteries and more. We will enter a new crime scene every week and participate in activities that will help us figure out how to gather and examine evidence to solve the crime. We will learn about fingerprinting, evidence collection, blood-stain identification, ballistics, fiber identification, dental impressions and much, much more.
